Colonnade Shopping Centre, Subiaco
This outstanding project was recipient of the MBA Excellence in Construction Award (Division 4), and Overall Winner in all classes for 1996. Architect: Perrine & Birch.

Southlands Shopping Centre, Willeton

This large suburban shopping centre, architecturally designed by Spowers Architects, comprised a large area for a major retail food store, ancillary smaller shops and a two-level car park with eight cinemas above.

Southshore Shopping Complex, South Perth

This project comprised five floors of shopping arcades, restaurants and offices, with an additional five level car parking building behind the main development.

Quality structural engineering design and documentation provided by Airey Taylor Consulting permitted full development of the Architectural concept design.

Dog Swamp Shopping Centre

Although a single storey structure, the commission to design the structural components of the Dog Swamp Shopping Centre presented a special challenge.

The existing supermarket continued to operate while the new shopping centre was constructed directly over the top of the old, removing the existing roof later.
