Airey Taylor Consulting has led the way in the use of tilt-up walling construction in Western Australia, winning numerous awards for engineering excellence in projects of a varied nature.

City Lights Apartment Building (right):
This five storey apartment building was completed in 1997 and comprises four luxury units in South Perth. The building, utilising tilt-up walling construction, was designed by the Buchan Group (Architects) and Airey Taylor Consulting, and is the recipient of the 1998 MBA Excellence in Construction Award, Division 8 (Multi-storeyed Residential).

Fremantle Technical School: Precast concrete buildings (1968).

Sandovers Warehousing Project, Belmont.

Pastoralists and Graziers Association Office Building. Winner of the MBA Excellence in Construction Award, Division 4, in 1993, this tilt-up office building was completed in 35 working days.

Delta West Pty Ltd, Wet Products Pharmaceutical Factory, Bentley: Airey Taylor Consulting provided full civil and structural services in the design of this project comprising laboratories, amenities and office, storage and maintenance areas.

The project was rapidly and economically erected using the tilt-up walling construction method (left) and met stringent design criteria to provide completely crack-free walls and floors to achieve totality of environmental sterility and cleanliness.
